Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FragSight, provided by Boreastra Oy ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Software Usage

FragSight is a proprietary software platform for fragmentation analysis. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for professional mining operations and analysis.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our computer vision algorithms.

3. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the raw imagery uploaded to FragSight. By uploading data, you grant Boreastra Oy a license to process this data to generate reports, KPIs, and improve our AI models (in an anonymized format).

You are responsible for ensuring that drone flights are conducted in accordance with local aviation laws and site safety regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

FragSight provides engineering estimates based on visual data. While we strive for high accuracy (e.g., P80/P50 values), the results are for guidance only. Boreastra Oy shall not be liable for any operational decisions, equipment damage, or production losses resulting from the use of the software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and/or the country where FragSight is used, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
